Admissions

State a preference

Although we are an academy school, the admissions process for children attending special academies is still managed by the Local Authority.

Applications to attend Torfield School are made through the East Sussex County Council application process. As a parent of a child or young person with a statement of special educational needs/ Educational Health & Care Plan you can state a preference for the school you would like your child to attend and East Sussex Children’s Services will try to meet your wishes.

Applications are made online by following the link below:

Finding and Applying for Schools | East Sussex Local Offer

If you are not able to apply online, you should contact the Admissions and Transport team at the address below for a paper application.
