At Torfield school, the needs of children and their families always come first. Our key aims are child centred and focus on preparing children and young people for adulthood. We aim to: -

• improve the life chances of pupils by providing the best possible educational opportunities for our learners, allowing them to work towards independence and to achieve well over time;
• continually strive to improve standards in every aspect of Trust provision;
• raise aspirations for children and young people, enabling them to be confident and successful in their next step in education or training and in their preparation for adulthood.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our academy trust and work either in our primary or secondary school as there are positions available at both Torfield School and Saxon Mount School.
